Refund policy

At Homewell Supplies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

  1. Returns: 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Also, the returns require photos or videos as a proof of damage.

  • Refunds are processed through the dispute resolution process and may be issued as either a full refund or a replacement. (Depending on the interpretation) Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned criterias.

  1. Exchanges: 

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchange items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at crs.manage@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. 

Please note that shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, Its customer responsibility for return shipping label and Shipping costs, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at crs.manage@gmail.com

     3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • If your return is accepted (item in original condition).

  • If the item was defective or damaged.

  • If the item was incorrect or not as described.

NOTE: Order cancellations will be accepted for 24 hours from when the order is placed.
