Shipping Rates:

You will see the shipping rates displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Times:

  • Generally, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-8 days. However, on average they are shipped the next day. Holiday seasons please expect slight delays in shipment times.
  • We offer two shipping methods, Economy and Standard. With Economy shipping, your order will arrive within 5–8 business days, while Standard shipping ensures delivery within 3–4 business days. Shipping rates may vary depending on the method chosen and are specified on the product page.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery and track its progress until it reaches you. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

Note: Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Homewell Supplies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
